About us
Information that builds trust.
temelj.ba is an independent platform dedicated to collecting, organizing, and presenting information on construction projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In one place we follow projects, companies, locations, construction deadlines, prices, and the experiences of people who live in, buy, or plan to buy a property.
Our goal is simple:
to make information about construction more accessible, clearer, and more useful for everyone.
Why temelj.ba?
Buying an apartment or following a construction project is one of the most important decisions people make. Yet the information is often scattered across listings, investor websites, social media, forums, and individual experiences.
temelj.ba brings it all together in one place.
Instead of looking for information in ten different places, you can explore:
- Projects what is being built, where, and at what stage
- Companies investors, contractors, and their projects
- Deadlines start date, planned completion, and the project history
- Prices available price data and how it is moving
- Community experiences comments and real experiences
- Sentiment an overview of community opinions on a project
We build an archive, not an ad.
temelj.ba is not a real-estate catalog. Our value is in context and history.
A project that is "under construction" today will be finished tomorrow. A price that is current today may be different a year from now. Comments that look like a single experience today can become part of a bigger picture over time.
That is why we want temelj.ba to be a place where information is preserved, connected, and developed over time.
Data + community
We believe that quality information does not come from a single source. That is why we distinguish official data from information that comes from the community, and we strive to clearly show where each piece of information comes from.
Users can share their experience, comment, or information about a project, while the data can be supplemented and updated as the project progresses. The more information we have, the more complete the picture of the project becomes.
Note: Information on temelj.ba may come from publicly available, official, and user sources. The presence of a project or company on the platform does not constitute an endorsement, a guarantee of quality, or a confirmation of all the information provided.
Our vision
We want to build the largest and most useful publicly available archive of construction projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Not only for the people looking for an apartment today, but also for the people who will be looking tomorrow.
